Returns:

Exchanges:
- If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange with proof of opening the package.
- We will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
- If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
Cancellations:

- If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a refund to your original payment method.
- If your order has already shipped, you will need to initiate a return once you receive your order.
